As Customer Success Manager for Redia, Monica builds and cultivates customer relationships that promote loyalty and retention.  Providing an exceptional customer experience for healthcare practitioners and ensuring their successful adoption of the Rendia software are her primary focuses.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s in Organizational Communication.  Monica’s expertise in customer service, customer relationship management and national account management allow her to serve as a strategic partner to Rendia’s customers. Monica enjoys shopping, reading and spending time with her family.
