Janice has enjoyed working directly with doctors and their staff for the past ten years as part of the Rendia customer success team. Her job allows her to do two of her favorite things: chatting on the phone and meeting new people. She does anything from answering quick questions to hosting online training webinars, all to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers. When she’s not helping practices, she enjoys a good book on the beach, attempting to train her two dogs, and the occasional relaxing kayak trip.
