She believes that patient education media should be thoroughly engaging and easily digestible, and she aims to maximize viewer interest and maintain attention through thoughtful design. Outside of Rendia, Fay can be found hiking, messing with microelectronics, playing PC games with friends, or trying out a new recipe.
